Fort Atkinson Science Fair, Inc. is a non-profit organization encouraging students of all abilities in the fields of science.

We organize an annual Science Fair every February. All area students from kindergarten through 12th grade are invited to participate.

Each fair is dedicated to a local individual or company that has made a significant contribution to scientific knowledge and understanding.

We also sponsor an Essay Contest held in conjunction with the science fair.

A T-Shirt Design Contest for next year's science fair t-shirt is held every fall.

Booklets containing all necessary information, including rules and regulations are published and distributed in the fall. Anyone interested in entering the fair or the contests should get a booklet. They can be acquired at the Nasco store, the Dwight Foster Library, Fort Atkinson Schools, or from a board member.

We also invite any adults interested in helping students fulfill their scientific potential to become a member of our board. Or if you have a scientific background, you could also be a mentor or judge. Please contact us if you would like to get involved.

Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 7:30am at Fort Atkinson Memorial Health Services.
