 or turned in at the Dwight Foster Public Library by January 31. No late entries can be accepted.  

3.  Read the Rules. If you are entering in the 9-12 division, read these additional Rules.

4.  Read the Judging Criteria.

5.  Read the Additional Information and Hints for Good Projects.

6.  Complete your project before set-up time.  When you bring your project to the Fair, it must be accompanied by the Project Verification form.  Bring your log book if it is required for your division.
